Heat enough water to fully cover your  jewelry, then carefully pour the hot water into the bowl. Add a tablespoon of baking soda and a tablespoon of salt, stirring until fully dissolved. Next, add two or three drops of dish soap. Gently place the jewelry into the solution, ensuring each piece makes direct contact with the foil. This contact is essential for the chemical reaction to occur.
