6. A Feeling of Incomplete Bowel Movement
The feeling of incomplete bowel movement is a lesser-known symptom of colon cancer. Women may feel as though they need to have a bowel movement even after they have had one. This sensation can be caused by a tumor creating a partial blockage in the colon, preventing complete evacuation. If this sensation persists, it is important to discuss it with your doctor to rule out colon cancer.
