Put on your protective gloves and safety glasses to ensure safety while working with concrete.
Spray the inside of the scalloped plastic bucket with cooking spray or concrete release spray to prevent sticking.
In the plastic mixing bucket, prepare the quick-dry concrete mix according to the package instructions. Use the stirring stick or trowel to mix until you achieve a smooth, thick consistency.
Carefully pour the concrete mixture into the prepared scalloped bucket, filling it about three-quarters full.
Gently tap the sides of the bucket to release any air bubbles and ensure an even surface.
