These structural differences can subtly affect gait, stance, and the way weight is distributed while standing or moving. Activities such as running, cycling, dancing, or yoga may strengthen certain muscle groups and change muscle tone, but they usually do not significantly alter underlying bone structure.
There are also many playful personality theories linked to leg shape and posture. Straight, aligned legs are sometimes associated with confidence or discipline, while more relaxed stances may be interpreted as easygoing or casual. Naturally curved legs are occasionally linked with energy or athleticism. These ideas can be entertaining, but they are not scientifically proven measures of personality.
