It is a subtle one indeed. Do not listen to people saying, âWhy would you want to start something like this when everything is fine?â or âFor someone of your age, it is okay to just relax.â Though it seems as if they are giving you the right to relax, what they are doing is setting you up for stagnancy.

How to actually live better
Thereâs no magic pill, but there are certain behaviors that the people who âage wellâ tend to have in common. There are only a few key things to consider:
Prioritize calm: When dealing with someone who consistently makes waves, put space between you and them. Your nervous system will thank you.
Be curious: Continue learning, asking questions, and meeting new people.
Audit Your Circle: It sounds cold, but itâs okay to spend less time with people who drain your battery.
The people you allow into your life and those you speak to shape your reality. In essence, by forming relationships based on mutual respect, love, and care, you are not only protecting your emotional well-being but also enhancing your overall experience of life. This has nothing to do with being âoldâ and everything to do with wisdom.
