The Fan Subscription feature allows Facebook users to support their favorite Pages, creators, gamers (or others) (“Creators”) through a Facebook subscription that grants access to digital content made available by those Creators (“Subscription”). The duration of your Subscription may vary and will be disclosed in each Subscription description. These Fan Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of a Subscription. By using Fan Subscriptions, you agree to these Terms.

By subscribing to a Subscription, you understand that Facebook will share your email address with the Creator, as well as information about your engagement with the Creator’s Subscription. Facebook may also share some of your profile information and interactions (such as likes and comments) with other subscribers and the Creator, subject to the privacy settings you have selected for that information. For example, when you subscribe, your name and profile picture may be seen by other subscribers of the Page. To learn more about how Facebook uses your information, please see our Data Policy.

If you subscribed to a Subscription through a third party and wish to cancel it, you will need to follow that third party’s cancellation process. For example, you may need to access your account through a third-party app store and disable automatic renewal.

Continued use of Fan Subscriptions requires an active Facebook account. If you delete your Facebook account, you will lose access to content obtained through Fan Subscriptions.

Payment for Fan Subscriptions is subject to our Community Payment Terms . On mobile, your purchase of Fan Subscriptions may also be subject to additional terms depending on the payment method you use in the app.

If you reside in the United States or Canada, these Terms govern the relationship between you and Facebook, Inc. Otherwise, these Terms govern the relationship between you and Facebook Ireland Limited. Any reference to “we” and “us” means either Facebook, Inc. or Facebook Ireland Limited, as applicable.
