The Fan Subscription feature allows Facebook users to support their favorite Pages, creators, gamers (or others) (“Creators”) through a Facebook subscription that grants access to digital content made available by those Creators (“Subscription”). The duration of your Subscription may vary and will be disclosed in each Subscription description. These Fan Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of a Subscription. By using Fan Subscriptions, you agree to these Terms.

The duration of your Subscription may vary and will be disclosed in each Subscription description. These Fan Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of a Subscription. By using Fan Subscriptions, you agree to these Terms.
We may immediately terminate your right to use any part of the Subscription if Facebook or a Creator prevents you from accessing content, if the Creator believes in good faith that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, or if you use the Subscription unlawfully or for purposes other than originally intended. If we terminate your rights in accordance with this section, you will not be refunded for the partial billing period.

We may distribute revenue generated from Fan Subscriptions between Facebook, third-party platform providers, and eligible Creators, according to the terms and conditions of the contracts between Facebook and said Creators and third-party platform providers.

We may modify or discontinue the Fan Subscription offer at any time at our sole discretion. Under no circumstances will we be liable for the interruption or deactivation of Fan Subscriptions.

Free trial:

Your subscription may begin with a free trial period. Free trials are only available to new subscribers, subject to availability. The exact duration of the free trial will be indicated at the time of registration or purchase.

You will be billed at the end of your free trial period unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the free trial expires. Please note that you will not be notified before or after your free trial ends, nor before your paid subscription begins.
