The Fan Subscription feature allows Facebook users to support their favorite Pages, creators, gamers (or others) (“Creators”) through a Facebook subscription that grants access to digital content made available by those Creators (“Subscription”). The duration of your Subscription may vary and will be disclosed in each Subscription description. These Fan Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of a Subscription. By using Fan Subscriptions, you agree to these Terms.

You agree not to register multiple times for the same promotional offer using different names, postal addresses, email addresses, or other means. Any such action will constitute a violation of these terms and conditions and may result in the termination of your Subscription.

Automatic Renewal: If you do not cancel your Subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your current Subscription period (or free trial period), your Subscription will automatically renew. If your Subscription automatically renews, you will be charged the full Subscription fee for the next Subscription period using your specified payment method. Your Subscription price will be listed in each Subscription description. To cancel your Subscription, go to your Creator Page or Profile, click on “Supporters Platform,” and select “Manage Subscription.” If you purchased a Subscription through a third party and wish to cancel, you will need to follow that third party’s cancellation process. For example, you may need to access your account through a third-party app store and disable automatic renewal.

Gift Subscription: Your subscription may begin with a gift subscription. A gift subscription is not renewed at the end of a subscription period.

When you purchase a Subscription, you agree to: (a) that we provide you with immediate access to your Subscription and (b) waive your statutory right to withdraw from your Subscription and obtain a refund within the permitted cooling-off period. Because you agree to immediate access to the Subscription and waive your statutory right to withdraw during the permitted cooling-off period, you cannot exercise your statutory right to cancel and obtain a refund during that cooling-off period.
